I had my property for sale for a couple of years with no offers. Ellen Hart contacted me, asking if I would be interested in selling my property, as she and her husband were looking in the area for property to buy. I showed her the property and it wasn't quite what they were looking for, but, she said that if I wanted to sell it she could sell it for me. I listed it with her and the first day it was offered on the market she had 2 cash offers for the total asking price, and had a couple of other buyers that were interested.

To make a long story short, I sold my property for the full asking price for cash and closed with a couple of weeks. Ellen Hart knows how to move a property and is very skilled in your property in front of prospective buyers and getting it sold. I was very impressed with the way she got the job done and the property sold in 1 day.
